WebYeah HaH really are just a subset of true THF that lets you use shields, at the cost of 1.4x stat to dmg. As such, the only build that can really benefit from using them are Vanguards that get speed bonuses in their upper cores to compensate for the lost damage. Shield mastery feats stack, but they're not that powerful. WebSo you can shoot the floor and get enemies or get huge piles of breakables. Dumpster Fire's amazing, and when you hit 29 for Legendary Dumpster Fire, the amount of damage it does is disgusting.
